Bangladesh Bank is the new Target for corrupted decision for this government

Bangladesh bank governor's age limit is going to be increased by this government very soon which is another naked example of this government's shamless corruption list. We have seen kind of changes before by this government and by other governments as well. They use their power in a way that these rules were passed for them to use in their favor. Whenever these rules and policies go against their benefit, they change it. If that's the case, then what is the point of keeping these rules and laws. Is it only for general public to follow only?
When previous Bangladesh Bank's governor resigned after the scandal of stolen Bangladesh bank's reserve, this governor was appointment by this government while he was abroad for 4 years. Now, his tenure has already expired and which is already extended until he is 65. I am not against him or I am not against a person being employed or contracted beyond 65. I am against the fact that every government in this country make any change any time without proper scruitney whenever it goes against their favour. I have seen this before, specially when there were some issues around appointment of chief justice in the country.
Now question arises, why this government wants to do this? Official statement given by the Finance minister is, due to this Covid-19 pandemic whatever the steps were taken, if a new governor takes over it will be time consuming for the new official to undestrand the situation and steps taken. My question is, how a organisaiton like a central of a country can have a system which will be taken back by few months just by the change of one official. It proves that protocol and process in place is not robust enough to takcle a pandemic. No wonder why thievs targeted this bank to steal money. It is proven there is no system in this orgnisation like other institutions run by the government.
If the government needs to do it, why can't they take this decision through parlament? If the justtice system can run through video link, what if the PM can conduct meeting through video conference, why can't this government continue parlamentary process through video conferencing where many other countries are doing that. Of course, this government can arrange it. Rather the main question is, do they really want that or not. I think, this pandemic has given really good opportunity for this government to take all corrupted decisions they wish, because eyes and attention of general public is now concentrated somewhere else.
I am hopeful, one day I don't know when, these dictator corrupted behavior of every government will change. Still waiting for that individual who will try to do good for this country forgetting about personal gain or benefit.
